Health Disparities: Individual interviews will occur with Marie Merkel (Mason Square Health Center), Maritza Smidy (Women's Health Care Services Mercy Care Forest Park Prenatal Care), Frank Martinez Nocito (Live Well Springfield), and Cristina Huebner Torres (Caring Health Center, Springfield). Teams of two from the HD Group will arrange times and locations for these interviews.
